-- 6:30-7:15 pm -- Just Desserts.  Location: Medina Community Services Center, 655 North Broadway Street, Medina.  No need to skip dessert when you serve fiber rich, low sugar, low fat endings to your meals.  (*In case of inclement weather conditions, if Medina City Schools are closed, the Center is closed.)

14 -- 6:30-8:30 pm -- Active Parenting for Stepfamilies.  Location: Professional Building - 120 West Washington Street, Medina.  Cost: $15/couple.  Your Stepfamily Journey is about to get a whole lot easier.  You'll learn how to create harmony and stability in your stepfamily while raising responsible children; establish parental authority using non-violent discipline techniques that work; and prevent or stop problems such as loyalty conflicts, power struggles and more.
17 -- 1:00-3:00 pm -- New $tart For Financial Success.  An aproved personal finance course for bankruptcy filers.  Location: Professional Building Basement Meeting Room, 120 West Washington Street, Medina Ohio.  Cost: $35/registration.  Arrive at least 10 minutes before session starts.  You must arrive on time to receive your completion certificate.  What to bring: Personal identification and your bankruptcy case number.  Payment in cash, cashier's check, or public assistance documentation.  What is covered: Developing a spending plan, managing money, using credit wisely, and sources for financial information.  To register or receive more information: Contact  Marcia Kroft (ext. 117) at 330-725-4911; 330-225-7100, ext. 9237; or 330-336-6657, ext. 9237.
