Medina County 4-H Endowment funds are disbursed each year in the Spring and Fall to applicants requesting money to help improve the Medina County 4-H experience.

Fund Requests

The funding application is used by the Medina County 4-H Endowment Committee when deciding on funds disbursement.

• Requests are due to our office by 5:00 pm, March 1 and October 31 each year.  The forms are available at http://medina.osu.edu/4Hforms
• Please make sure all information on your form is complete.
• Give as many details as possible.  You may use extra paper if necessary.

Donations/Memorial Contributions

Your donation/memorial contribution can be made in any amout at any time to the Medina County 4-H Endowment Fund.
