This educational course covers good agricultural practices or 'GAPs', which help reduce the risk of on-farm produce contamination.

The course instructors are Ashely Kulhanek and Sabrina Schirtzinger, OSU ANR Extension Educators, and oSU Friut and Vegetable Team Members.
Class takes place Monday April 15, 2019, from 1pm-4pm .
Attending OSU GAPs class does not equate to being "GAPS Ceritified' or fulfill the FSMA 7-hour training requirement. This class gives you the skills and knowledge to reduce on-farm food safety risks.
