Class takes place Monday April 15, 2019, from 1pm-4pm .
Attending OSU GAPs class does not equate to being "GAPS Ceritified' or fulfill the FSMA 7-hour training requirement. This class gives you the skills and knowledge to reduce on-farm food safety risks.
