Throughout the series we'll delve into a diverse array of topics tailored to the needs and interests of small and beginning woodland owners.

The OSU Extension office in Medina County is a testing location for those interested in obtaining a new pesticide or fertilizer license (both commercial and private are available) or adding new categories to your existing license.  You must register with the Ohio Department of Agriculture to schedule an appointment to take the test.  Walk-Ins are not accepted.    To register for a test, date and location, you must visit the ODA website and select the date for the Medina County Location.

OSU Extension in Medina and Lorain County are teaming up to present a Berry Growing Workshop for the region.  Hosted by Baumhart Berry Farm in Vermilion Ohio, we will be HANDS-ON and ON THE FARM learning about growing small berry crops in Ohio.

Interested in learning how to can food? Join us for a presentation that will cover the basics of both water bath and pressure canning, allowing you to start preserving foods safely and effectively.
