  1. Pesticide License Testing

    Jul. 22, 2025 10:00am to 2:00pm

    The OSU Extension office in Medina County is a testing location for those interested in obtaining a new pesticide or fertilizer license (both commercial and private are available) or adding new categories to your existing license.  You must register with the Ohio Department of Agriculture to schedule an appointment to take the test.  Walk-Ins are not accepted.    To register for a test, date and location, you must visit the ODA website and select the date for the Medina County Location.

  3. Identity Theft, Data Breaches, and Scams

    Join Thomas Condosta, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Medina County Prosecutor's Office, as he covers various identity theft scenarios. This class will teach what you need to know about identity theft. The cost of the class is $5 per person.   8. Pesticide and Fertilizer License Recertification Training

    Jan. 08, 2025 5:00pm to 9:00pm

    Recertify your Pesticide and Fertilizer License for 2025. If your pesticide or fertilizer license expires on March 2025, you need to earn 3 hours of recertification credits to renew. You will need at least one hour of CORE and at least 1/2 hour in your licensed categories to recertify.
