  2. Pesticide License Testing

    The OSU Extension office in Medina County is a testing location for those interested in obtaining a new pesticide or fertilizer license (both commercial and private are available) or adding new categories to your existing license.  You must register with the Ohio Department of Agriculture to schedule an appointment to take the test.  Walk-Ins are not accepted.    To register for a test, date and location, you must visit the ODA website and select the date for the Medina County Location.

    Pond School returns to Medina July 29th, 2025 Join OSU Extension Aquatic Specialist, Eugene Braig and Ohio Division of Wildlife Fisheries Manager Curtis Wagner to learn about healthy ponds, fish management, and algae remediation.

    Join Thomas Condosta, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Medina County Prosecutor's Office, as he covers various identity theft scenarios. This class will teach what you need to know about identity theft. The cost of the class is $5 per person.
