How to be a New Medina County 4-H'er:

  1. Be a Medina County resident or have an Across County Lines approval from the county you reside and the Medina County 4-H Educators.  This form is due no later than 5:00 pm on March 15.

  2. Find a club to join.  Check out the 2021 Club Roster to see all the clubs in Medina County! The Club Advisor has a new family packet for you!  Fill out the enrollment forms and return to the club advisor with your county fee.

    • Members may take 1 to 10 projects yearly.

  3. Create a Family Profile in 4-H Online 2.0 https://v2.4honline.com  

  4. Complete and return your Ohio Health History Form to the club volunteer

  5. County Member Fee is $15.00/per member or cloverbud

    • With a $45.00 family cap - members must be living in the same household at least 50% of the year

    • When April 15 falls on a Saturday or Sunday you have until 5:00 pm the next business day to have your enrollment fee submitted.

  6. Late enrollment and fees from April 16 until May 1 are:

    • County Member Fee is $25.00 per member / Cloverbud Fee remains $15.00

    • With a $75.00 family cap - members must be living in the same household at least 50% of the year

  7. Be active and in good standing in a county 4-H Club.

 

How to Re-Enroll in Medina County 4-H:

  1. Go online to complete re-enrollment at https://v2.4honline.com  

  2. Turn in your Family Enrollment Form along with county fees ($15/member, $45 cap per family - members must be living in the same household at least 50% of the year) to your club advisor, 

  3. Attend club meeting and events regularly to maintain "member in good standing" status.

  4. Late enrollment and fees from April 16 until May 1 are County Member Fee is $25.00 per member / Cloverbud Fee remains $10.00 with a $75.00 family cap - members must be living in the same household at least 50% of the year.

Create and Use a Family Profile in 4-H Online 2.0

All 4-H members and volunteers, new and returning, must have a 4-H online 2.0 profile. For returning members and volunteers, some information from our 1.0 system (including login information) will have transferred already and you will log in using your previous information to re-enroll for this year.  For new members, you will need to create a new family profile in the 4-H online system at https://v2.4honline.com
