Testing your Pressure Canner Gauge:
If you have a dial gauge on your canner, it is recommended that you get it tested once a year. We can do this for you at our Medina office!
If you would like this $5 service, follow the steps below:
- Call or email Erin Ruggiero, FCS Educator, at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time.
- Bring your pressure canner lid with dial gauge to our office for testing.
You can either wait for it to be tested or receive a call when it is done.
Cost: $5.00 at time of pickup.
